Any carb tuners in WA?

I have a 78 KZ650 and need the carbs worked on but I cant seem to find any shops that are willing to try. With the choke on, I can kick her over and she will start right up. If you try to shut the choke off the bike dies. I dont know much about carbs so I'm trying to locate someone or a shop that can do this.

I'd recommend looking over in the "Essentials" column and check out Wiredgeorge Carbs. I think a lot of people are happy with his work.
