i am finally done with my 650 project and i want to run these carbs on it.
i'm pretty sure they are bs 34's but i am a nubie when it comes to carbs.
they were on my friends 650 so i know they will fit.
they allready have the jets for a stock 650 with a open pipe and pods.
i now have a 784 big bore kit with a campell x-pipe and pods so what would you run for jets?
as you can see from the pics, i have no idea how to hook up the cables.
there is no linkages there for them,
anyone know where i can get what i need ?
how the hell do i hook these up?
who has what i need to run these?
it is setember and i am so far behind, i just want to do a shakedown run this year.
please help me!
someday i will be able to afford my kz habit.

I'll let someone else comment on the jetting, since I have no idea.

But let me say that those DO appear to be BS34 carbs. These carbs do NOT use a push cable. Only a single pull cable.

It does indeed appear that the bracket that holds the cable sheath is missing. It bolts onto the diaphram cap of the #3 carb, I believe.

I think I may have a spare bracket at home. I'll look when I get home tonight.

those carbs are set up for a single cable system, you will need a right grip setup off a 1981 kz750E or something of that era.
