Calling all those with Fuel Injection

Especially if you are using Mega Squirt. I want to do a turbo with FI. And I was thinking of mounting the turbo behind the engine with a single throttle body. I have a GPZ head with the fuel injector mounts in the head. So I would guess it be easy.
