(fresh) stock motor with 4-1 pipe

i wish to keep the stock airbox.. has stock filter and original length filter holder.

is there a better carb than the stock mikunis that would give better power output?

what would be required to run those carbs?

AFIK GPz performance mods are internal engine mods, overbore kits, cam degreeing, milled heads and so on. I don't know about carb changes but I *guess* you could go bigger.

If you haven't already, take a look at the GPz modification FAQ members.tripod.com/gpz_rider/technical/FAQ2000.htm I think there is a link to it in the links section of this site.

ive been thinking about getting a set of the smoothbore 34's. but at $600 i think ill do my pistons and head work first. a lot of people say the stock carbs are pretty good. from experiance i would run pods thou. its the best cheapest performance gain ive made yet;) . more of a hassle to deal with but worth it. plus i just think they look cool:evil:
