Thanx for all of your help on the re-jet and tach seal o'haul. The jetting is: Pilots - 15 Mains: cylinders 1 and 4 - 102.5 and cylinders 2 and 3 - 100, needles at clip 3. Inner cylinders usually hotter so I went a tad leaner on them. Bike has no-name air filter pods. I have my FZ1 jetted this way per Holeshot and it seems to work. Anyway back to the KZ, it runs and revs very smoothly, idle is nice and smooth as well, I ordered the tach seal pieces from BB and it sealed it up nicely, no more oil all over the place. Compression on the cylinders was not so hot, #1-145 #2&3-125 #4-135 and she smoke quite a bit untill warm. Ssuspect rings and maybe even vavlve guides, but she does run really well.
