I don't understand what part you are looking for. I attached a pic of s 28 pump assembly. See if you can explain it a different way.

look at the bottom of a set of pumpers and you will see
something next to the accel. pump that has three (3) screws. that is what he is asking about. i don't know what it is either, but i have seen it and wondered the same.

Item 7 is the plunger, items 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 are the coaster enrichner valve.

On 76 LTD's thats an engine vacuum sensor that
disables the accelerator pump when
the engine is not running.

You can live without it, but I guess it a good
thing if someone keeps twisting your throttle
when your not riding it.

You can get them here:

There was no accelerator pump on the VM26SC used on the 76 LTD... They used the same carbs as the standard KZ900A4... no pump. On some pump assemblies there are two diaphrams... the two stage diaphragm uses the upper diaphragm to squirt gas and the lower cuts off air when the throttle is shut... On Keihin carbs, like on the Honda CB650/750, they locate these diaphgrams on the sides of the carbs. These lower diaphragms are on the VM24 pumpers as well as the VM26. The VM28s don't have them... they plant a little "BB" in the hole that connects them to the rest of the bowl and makes the area a "dummy" and no cover is installed... since they have the same three threaded screw holes, lots of folks think something is missing where it is not. Just look in the center of the casting on the bottom of the bowl... if there is a 3/16" hole going up to the accelerator pump area, there should be another diaphragm installed and a spring and the cover; if there is a BB plugging the hole, none was ever installed.
