stuck jet was created by skitch
I have been trying to rebuild my Mikuni carb; nothing goes smoothly. There is a small jet that won't come out. It's down inside, and seems to be corroded. Any suggestions?

Perhaps described which carburetor and which jet would help. Removing stuck jets is an iffy process at best and there is NO general tips I can give. I can probably give you specific tips based on which carb and jet (hopefully).

Mikuni BS34
I tried unscrewing it, and sheared off the end. I ended up dilling and retapping the hole. So, the new jet is in there. We'll see how much I messed up this spring.
