They are 6mm x 0.80mm pitch, that's fine thread. Most 6mm screws are 1.00mm pitch. I can't find anyone, anywhere with M6 x .8 bolts.

Any machinists out there know where to get something like that? I don't need brass screws, necessarily. I'm making an adapter for the bowls to check fuel level, and I need to connect it via the drain ports.

I used a piece of aquarium tubing, screwed into the drain hole. Don't know if you need something fancier than that - it worked well enough to check the levels.

If you used a pitch gauge, recheck using .75 pitch. 5mm bolts use .8 pitch as standard.

I found some vacuum tubing from a Dodge Dart. It screws in and seals ok. Any tug makes it pull out, but if I'm careful, it should work. I feed the vacuum tube into some clear vinyl so I can see it. Thanks all. :)
