Silly Choke Question was created by arozanski
Hi everyone, I'm new to the site, I have a'79 KZ1000, 4 into 2 pipes, pods, Dyna ignition, Accel coils. I am trying to sort out a miss issue, and I have a silly question.
What position is the choke lever in when it is providing choke? I haven't dealt with this type of bike before and I'm confused. Thanks!

If it's the original slide Mikuni's, lever up is choked, lever down is normal run position.

Thanks!
I got this in a trade for an old Jeep last year and I have been trying to get it running all spring.
