You don't have a vacuum line connected to your airbox. You likely have a hose going from your crankcase breather that connected to the airbox. You can put a piece of hose on the end of the crank breather and route it over your swingarm. If you have mud-dobbers or think a bug might get in there, you can put a crank case breather filter on it.

You should have hoses connected to the #1 and #4 vacuum ports and these go to a tee and there is a hose from the tee to the reed valve vacuum switch. Another vacuum hose will connect your #2 carb with the petcock and the #3 vacuum fitting should have a vacuum cap. It shouldn't make any difference if you have pods on or not except for the hose that tees off your reed valves that connected into your airbox. Since there airbox isn't there, I guess you can just let it dangle or remove all the emissions stuff and cap all the vacuum ports on the carb holders except for the one connected to your petcock. There are plenty of posts on how to remove your emissions stuff.

Kawasaki has used reed valves on most all their bikes since 79 to do a reburn on hydrocarbons.
