As I have said in earlier posts, I have a '79 mk2 with 16K on the clock. I know that in the last two years or so, supposedly, the carbs have been gone through.
I have a 4 into 1 header and am thinking about going to pods. I currently have stock jetting with the 102.5 main jet. I was wondering what is acceptable jetting for this motor. I have no need or desire to soup it up any further in the future. Just want to get it running right.
I figured while I am rebuilding the carbs I might as well check on the jetting.
