if cars are not cleaned syncronized correctly will it cause exhaust pipes to glow hot. 1 & 2 pipes are ok, but 3 & 4 are glowing read hot after bike runs for @10 minutes

I believe glowing red hot is baaaad news and means those pipes are running EXTREMELY lean. Possibly not cleaned properly so that fuel is not being delviered as it should. Check all the spark plugs are the same and correct type also?

they are the same type, but carbs can stand a good cleaning. they will be soaked and cleaned, just wanted to make sure that there might not be anything else wrong with motor or then dirty carbs

If all four carbs are jetted the same, it isn't likely that dirty carbs will cause the cylinders to run so hot the pipes glow. If you have pods, I suspect they are filthy or the carb holders are leaking air. You could also be starving the pair of carbs by having the gas line plugged/kinked. Don't run the bike till you figure out what the issue is or you will end up figuring out how to rebuild the engine.
