What is the little brass tube sticking out of the bottom of the carb? Can I remove those to clean them? 2 of them are completely clogged.. Carb cleaner and air pressure is not working.. Can I pull them out or are they fixed in there?

321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

They are part of the choke system. If they are clogged the choke won't work correctly. I've never tried to remove them.

Clean with a piece of wire. Guitar and bicycle control cable are some sources of stiff skinny wire.

They can be removed, but you have to be careful of breaking them (they have a crossdrilled hole in the top)
Grab it with a pair of ignition pliers (tiny pliers) and rotate it in the hole (gently), and it should work its way out.
GENTLY....

How did you get the carb on the left so clean, vach?
I'm with Duck, I would try a .10 guitar string before attempting to pull the tube.
Even if I was going to remove it, I would want something inside it to keep it from crushing.

Cool, got it with a guitar string. Here's a link to the carb cleaning process. I used lemon juice and vinegar. However the vinegar works best alone with water. When you use a dremmil to buff it, it actually came out a bit better.

The finished product.

Kevin,
Thanks for the link and follow up. I am glad you got the passage cleared with a guitar string. I had indicated .10. It should have been .010. . .like an "E" string. 10 thousands, not 100!
As for the vinegar, do you recommend balsamaic, or cider, or what did you use?
White vinegar is acetic acid I think, diluted to 5%.
Is your number three carb in your picture the vinegar only unit?
