Pilot air screws baseline????
06 May 2007 09:22
1982 GPz 750 with BS34's
I've spent the last week rebuilding the carbs and I have the bike running. Off Idle its great but it wont idle anywhere under 2000 rpm. Anything below that I'm having to feather the throttle to keep it running.
When removing the pilot screws 2 of them were 3 1/2 turns and 1 was just over 2 turns and the last was almost seated. However before my accident it idled perfectly. Any idea of where I should start?
Thanks in advance.

I think 2 +/- 1/4 is what you should start with...
