should i just block or cap the end of that rubber hose that comes from the airbox and that runs right between the 2 valve covers? do i need it? wat can i do with it now. since im installing the new air filter pods on my carbs. 81kz550 need some help

try and find some rubber caps at a hardware store and some hose clamps;)

-I have Pod Filters, and ran a breather filter on the end of that big hose for a while. I plan on making caps for the reed valve assembly closing them off completely. I'll only have the transmission breather, running a hose up and out of the way with a filter on the other end.
-The vacuum ports should be hooked together with 1 & 4, then 2 & 3. This will balance them out.
-Run the carb vent tubes up and out of the way, but make sure you have some type of filter on that too, as dirt can get in there, and that goes right into your carb bowls.
