TOPIC:

hi all...had previously ordered a set of rebuilt 28mm carbs from redline...after looking on the Z1 ent. site noticed that all the 28's on there look different fron the 26's...more angular top piece namely...wondering if there are 28's that look identical to the 26's aside from obvious size of venturi...just wanna make sure i didn't buy another pair of 26's....any and all info appreciated..
...oh and buy the way don't have said carbs in front of me at the moment..

the 73-75 28mm carbs are totally differant creature than the 26s from 76-78.the 28s on the 79-80 look like the 26s.

according to the invoice i got the carbs i got were supposed to be from a 78 Z1-R....

z1r would have the newer style 28s like the 79-80 kz and ltd im thinking;)
