pilot settings for 34mm carbs (81 KZ1000J)

I am rebuilding a used set of carbs for my 81 KZ1000J project. When I removed the old pilot jets to clean and replace they were set at about 2 full turns. Is this a good starting point for this type of carbs. Thanks.

1 and a half seemed better on mine dude.

kz1000j3, kz1000j1, kz700a1(wifes)& bighorn 350 f9.
