Is it worth it?

I have an 81 KZ1000 with the mikuni BS34's in place. I also have a set of VM28 non acc. pump carbs.

My question is, would I gain anything by switching the BS34's for the VM28's. I have never had a KZ with the BS34's while I have experience with the VM's. Wiredgeorge seems to be the man when it comes to carbs and I checked his site. He seems to be in favor of the 34's. Any input is appreciated.

Thanks all. I just needed a little justification for my gut feeling.

Yah, moved down to Southern Mo. from KC a couple of years ago. Miss KC but love the lack of traffic on the twisty's.
