I just picked up a 1981 KZ1000 LTD. I was wondering if anyone had encountered any problems swapping the vacuum slide carbs for the older Mikuni's?

I don't know a whole lot about the changes made to the KZ's post 1980. Is there anything I need to know or are they pretty much the same internally?
