That bike sits high...

my oil pan is 5" max from the ground.....

my seat is 26".

those are stock forks on that bike...

I cut 3" from forks and have 3-1/2" max travel in forks.

thats with a 18" rear and 19" front rim.....not a 16 rear and 18 front....

I wanted to put a deep sump on it but would only give me 2" of clearance. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

when you stretch the swingarm....you can really tuck rear wheel up into wheel well...you can pick up 6 to 8".....then I cut shock tubes and spring re-threading (tube ends) to accept end caps lowering front 6 to 7 inches. Total drop of bike 7 inches min.

I think the cafe look of the fairing take's away
from the drag bike look.

Like I said I took the fairing off when I went to the drags.

Which bike are you talking about, mine and Dave's are about the same height. I went bake and forth in the set up on my bike depending on where I was going so I didn't cut my forks to get it any lower.

Hey Mark...not blasting on you or the orange / blue bike....so put me back on the christmas card list.....after looking at it....if you lowered the front it would be as low as mine...you do have a good squat in the back to get the total weight to back tire....

what does it run in the qtr mile.

We dont talk about Zukdave....he would gut/skin us like a deer.... :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
