I bought a KZ1000 generator cover. It was shipped in a box that was too small. The cover was taller than the box, by at least 1/2", so there was a gap between the box top flaps and the face of the cover was exposed. The box did not include a single stitch of any packing material or padding, and the screws were loose inside the box rattling around and marring the aluminum. I didn't leave bad feedback, I didn't ask for a refund, I just wrote an email saying that it's not ok to ship an item like that, and that they needed to do better. Blocked!

I was blocked by him a few years ago. I've told the story before but briefly, I bought a so called NOS master cylinder cap from him for a Z1. What arrived was a cheap plastic one. I informed him and sent it back but he refused to refund my purchase price. Said it was not the one he had sent me. I complained to ebay and got the rerfund. Then he blocked me from ever purchasing from him. Not that I would ever do that.
