I bought a KZ1000 generator cover. It was shipped in a box that was too small. The cover was taller than the box, by at least 1/2", so there was a gap between the box top flaps and the face of the cover was exposed. The box did not include a single stitch of any packing material or padding, and the screws were loose inside the box rattling around and marring the aluminum. I didn't leave bad feedback, I didn't ask for a refund, I just wrote an email saying that it's not ok to ship an item like that, and that they needed to do better. Blocked!
I bought Indian parts from them years ago, they were a big help, they were small then.
Big operation now, they have a big building in an old industrial part of Appleton.
Sad situation, the old days were better.
