I bought a couple of carb kits on line and received two different types of air adjusting screws . part number 16014-018 these are for mikuni carbs kz650and kz900 / kz1000 and I don't need them . so if you do ill send them to you. if your in canada or the US for free 

Those are pilot fuel screws.  Hamfisted guys sometimes turn in those screws too tight and the tips break off in the carb body.  If nobody has already staked claim, I wouldn't mind picking them up.

If you (or anyone) happens to have four needle jet o-rings, one choke starter plunger assembly, and one needlejet bleeder tube for kz1000 (vm26)  I would happily take any of them off of your hands.

To get the correct parts you need to use the correct terms.

“Needle Jet ORings” = ? There are no ORings on the needle jet, I’m assuming your looking for the pilot adjuster screws ORing. Item number 311756245649
“Needle Jet bleeder tube”, This I think you asking for the main jet bleeder (emulsion) tube. Item number 133772174543
”Choke starter plunger” is correct.  Item number 161772310354

All of these can be bought new, or on evilbay.

The o-ring that goes in between the needle jet and the main jet bleeder tube.  On my diagram there shows to be an o-ring there. 

It seems like you understood everything I was talking about, yes I know I can get them on eBay but somebody is offering to send parts out for free so why not ask.
