the bike sat in Jersey for 6 years and i had it brought to me.
the thing will roll so its not "that" bad
but i did break a hammer trying to knock the kick starter over. everytime i tried kicking it, the bike would move back about 6 inches (need to get some better brake fluid in those lines)
the pb blaster actually got through one of the gaskets as its slowly (very slowly) leaking onto my garage floor.
I just picked up a service manual so I might take the head off (didnt want to take the stuff apart and not know what went where in a week or so...)

If some ATF or MMO and rocking doesn't free it, you're gonna have to pull it apart.
Useable block and pistons turn up for around $50 to $150 or bore it and go oversize for around $350 to $550 it's not worth breaking anything to free a jug that's gonna give you no compression once freed up.
