Cylinder 3 hot, other 3 not.

Ok so I did the whole valve clearance and now all are within spec. I got new plug wires , plugs gapped them. Now it doesn't seem to run right. Starts fine idles but sure dont sound the same. Carbs are synced pilots are clean. Timing light is good on all but cylinder 2 and cylinder 3 runs hotter than other 3 . ...? The F dont even show up . 3 is a bit shaky on the F mark 1 and 4 are clear.  Not sure what i did. Anybody got any answers or ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks. 82 kz 750h3

Are the coils connected to the correct plugs? One coil fires 1 & 4, while the other fires 2 & 3.

Yes . It dont matter top or bottom as long as clutch side is 2 and 3 and throttle is 1 and 4 correct? How bout the primary and secondary wires, I know g and r left and b and r right.  

Beyond the coils I am putting the old ones back on, I replaced with new oe coils then the problem started.

Beyond the coils I am putting the old ones back on, I replaced with new oe coils then the problem started. So I have valve cover off again, I had it set on t mark and not lined up exactly parallel with each mark as you can see in photo. I am good on my number of links for sure.

Either coil can do either set of cylinders. What matters is the wiring. Assuming (dangerous) that everythinh around the advancer at the end of the crank is set up according th the factory, the green and red wires go to the coil that is connected to 2 & 3.  The black and red go to the 1 & 4 coil.

Has any part of the timing mechanism been taken apart? If so, be certain everything is in the right spot,.
 

Why is the bolt on the exhaust cam in the square hole?

Looks like the cam sprockets are installed incorrectly. The intake cam sprocket should be installed with the bolts in the square holes and the exhaust sprocket with 5e bolts in the round holes.

That i have not touched , I have just done valve clearance in which I have not touched those bolts. I will look in my manual, I see you are looking at kz1000, would it be the same as kz750
