I`m happy with Delkevic megaphone on my 810cc (750 H4), but I always you hear protection.... Center stand work as normaly, it spring touch the pipe some but not a problem.

Another option I found is Hindle makes a 4-2-1 that looks real nice, weighs just 10 lbs, and is reasonably priced. Anybody using that one?
And not to stray too far off topic, but speaking of the 810cc kit... Does that make a big difference?

The Hindle is a nice-looking system.
Hindle KZ650 pipe
but precludes the use of a center stand.

Interesting that the text says that the center stand should be removed, but if you look closely at the photo the bike in the photo does have the stand.

Just to follow up, in case any one else is wondering... I emailed about center stand clearance, and this is the reply (from ripplerockracers):
"Yes , you can keep the centerstand with the KZ750 and 650 and it will deploy. It might rub on the crossover with the 650 so the stand may touch the pipe on deployment. If it does then a little gentle tapping with a mallet or hammer can give you the clearance."

Have a Delkevic exhaust on my 650.
I don't find it too loud, and others have never mentioned it's too loud.
Baffle is in.
I've never had a stock exhaust on my 650, so maybe I'm imune to the noise.
I did come from an open Yosh pipe to a Kerker with baffle, then the Delkevic.
I don't have a center stand, had to remove it to fit the braced swingarm.
Spools were fitted to the swingarm, so use a rear stand.

Beautiful bike rstnick... looks like you made a lot of changes throughout the pictures. That you kept the Delkevic all that time (even over the Kerker, which seems to be a favorite) is a pretty good endorsement.

Just bought a 4-1 for my KZ750, what jets are you all running for a stock air box? I know pods makes a difference and I’m not looking to go that route.

Re: KZ750... 4 into 1 exhaust?
15 Feb 2022 16:27Many 4-1 aftermarket pipes were advertised to work fine with the stock jets. If the pipe has a baffle installed, and you have the stock engine internals, carbs, and airbox, I would stick with the stock jets.Just bought a 4-1 for my KZ750, what jets are you all running for a stock air box?
That at least should be close enough that you can drive it and see if you need to tweak it.
