Could someone look at this picture and let me know if this will be a huge issue when I reinstall the top end? It looks like the spark plug on  cylinder 3 burned a groove in the threads. I’m cleaning everything up. But should I try and tap a bigger thread or leave it as it is and hope for the best. I’d rather not put it back together and pull it off again. I’m in deep right now

Only last pic showing. I dont see how that could happen unless there is a crack from the plug hole to the valve seat. That crack is fairly common and doesn't normally cause huge issues and can be easily welded.
one thing is for sure your valve seats need attention!

Appears that groove is eroded deeper than a timesert will fix with out first  welding in  missing material.
If so  , First weld up to fill in. Then finish repair with timesert.
    NOTE
Looks like the head needs a complete service
Especially if you dont want to pull it off again for a long time

I’m doing the ton y’all. Completely deep cleaned. I hope I don’t have to open the crack case this go round. That’s a little more time than I can’t afford right now
this is where I’m at today

and hopefully back together by this Sunday!!!!
It’s my own bike. So I don’t mind a 16 hr day working on my personal bike. It’s fun!
