I recently bought a crankcase to use on an engine project for my 1983 GPZ-1100.
While inspecting it I found some epoxy covering a plug (see pictures).
Guess previous owner thought it was leaking oil.
Is that plug replaceable?
What is everyone's thought on this?

Drill and tap the plug, make a puller to use this tapped hole to pull the plug out. now drill and tap that hole and use a crush washer to seal, or use a pipe tap and a tapered plug. just make sure you clean the gallery real well.
