There’s the second video. So visible damage is on the crashbar, handle bar, small scrapes on the air cooler fins. It definitely could have made that noise before and I got paranoid, what do you guys think?

The stator cover might have gotten bumped. Perhaps your rotor is scraping the stator slightly. Not a big deal to inspect. Make sure the alignment dowels are in the cover. There should be at least 2 alignment pins that 2 bolts pass through. (may be missing)

I don't hear anything obvious on the video (I only watched the first one so far), but the video was short and not very clear sounding.

I don't know there Calvin. I don't own one. My bike has the starter clutch attached to the rotor, and oil throughout the alternator.
Put a pan under it, just in case. eh? lol

I second this. there is nothing clear in either of the video's. except that calvin seems to have calmed down a tad bit in the second one, and I could see that he indeed does have a crash bar protecting the left case. (was looking for this in the first video.) Of course if is is solid, and the cover didn't get bumped is anybody's guess.loudhvx wrote: snip...
