KZ1000 OEM 70mm piston pin holes??

I have a set of OEM stock 70mm pistons for a KZ1000. Got a little bit too much slop with wrist pins! .001-.002 clearance over service limit Service limit says .6724 in.
pin bores are showing .673 in. The wrist pins are fine .669 in. Limit on pins is .667 in.
The pins slide right through with no resistance.
Lesson Learned! Don't clean pistons while drinking beer! A little to aggressive with the wet sand paper dowel rolls in a hand drill!
But I would still use on a beater bike. Piston skirts are tight in bores.
Hesitating t to sell??
Opinions on loose pins in piston boss?

How much? Wrist pins should be easy enough to come by. I have a set of pistons and pins.

If i am understanding right, his piston pin bores in the piston are a little to much over bored/sanded.
I don´t know why he want do this,no need to do this but the clearance is a little bit to high now.
Don´t drink and drive but never, never, never drink and do a job like this!!!!
Lessen learned.

What tools did you use to measure the piston pin bore? A three point internal mic is best. Removing significant material using sandpaper on a stick would be difficult unless you really bore down on it.

They are loose. Just from feel! I used a simple vernier caliper. Was getting .673 & .674 in the pin bore.

Thanks.

No way to properly measure with calipers. You need a proper micrometer for the pins and in internal mic for the piston bores. It's not unusual for the pins to slide easily.
