Anti vibration dampers, for noise attenuation on the cooling fins, older two strokes with big fins often had that ringing sound..

They do crop up nos sometimes -yes I'd replace it.

Thank you, there are 6 in total?

I don't have access to the block now, so that is my reason for my question :)

Apparently. 6 damper plugs are listed at Kawasaki.com for the 750-E2.

KAWASAKI KZ DAMPER PLUG OEM NOS PT# 92066-1016 OM7 --- OEM

16pc High Temp Silicone Rubber Tapered Plug Kit Powder Coating Paint Masking Set --- Assortment ....
various sizes

So these shall be better and cheaper?
Must I cut them or something, they must be flat the same way the original (even with the alu surface) ?

Those rubber plugs are dampers and as such, the hardness and damping properties of the rubber affect their use. If you use something softer/harder it will change how they function. Doubt it matters a whole lot though. I forgot to install them back when rebuilding my 750 and if they make a difference, I can't notice.

I have never put them back in any motor that I have put back together since way back in 1976!!!

The purists will say you have to use them. I never noticed any difference in my motors without them!!!

Gordone, before reading this, read comment by Dr. Gamma. hee.

I have no idea if the silicone plugs would work the same as stock. See reply by Nessism.
I don't know if they would fit. The taper may not be correct. I don't know. I would compare them to a new oem plug.
If the taper is correct, you might have to trim or cut them. no big deal. I would use a sharp razor blade.
Since Dr. Gamma says they aren't really needed, I would probably use the silicone plugs. assuming oem are too expensive or unavailable.
Or just fill the holes with high temp rtv as TexasKZ said.
