82 1100 Spectre ..shifts from 5th to 4th by itself

So while bike is on its side, I shifted through the gears starting from 1st and went up to 4th gear just fine. Seemed unable to shift into 5th without forcing it. Perhaps it's because the rear wheel isn't rolling? Or is this some kind of clue as to what's wrong? Pleased advise

Yep, I'm quite certain that the drum fork (4th and 5th gear fork) is bent. My eyes don't lie to me, it's visibly bent and we could clearly see a mark on the fork where the gear was slamming into it when thrown out of 5th.

Anybody got any good shift forks that'r reasonably priced? Well, I know I need a drum fork (4th and 5th gear fork) for sure, anyone?? Please and thank you.
