You should be able to adjust the clutch cable with that perch, but the absence of a lock nut may allow it to go out of adjustment too easily.

Pod filters and open exhaust will require significant changes in carburetor jetting. There are MANY discussions threads on this forum about that topic.

The frame problems have been mentioned already.

The turn signal problem could have multiple causes. Are the front bulbs designed to function as dual filament bulbs? Is the wiring correct? Do the bulbs have built in resistors? Did you change the turn indicator flasher or the four way emergency flasher?

There is a good wiring diagram in the factory service manual for your bike. It may prove invaluable to you.

Ok so i played with the clutch nut and screw alittle bit. Got that down. Ive come to the conclusion i probly put 3 EXtra quarts then it needed. I can get it to start up with starter fluid. It wont idle anymore.. And eventually still bogges down. Theres alot of backfire. And it sounds terrible. Could the pipes be filled with oil or something?

Sounds like ther MIGHt be alittle kcock in the crankcase now to. Not for certain. The bike idled and revved great before i dumped all the oil in. The problem before was just getting it to start. Now this shit.

The shocks are stock. If there to short is there a way to raise them?

Some thing would be easier if all members would add the location like country or state in his profile.

I thought so.. Maybe not? They have a sticker that says progressive suspension

A sticker says nothing about the stroke, it is an incentive to buy cheap crap.
Ask 650ed for his length of his unloaded rear shocks.

Thats 80mm so what exactly am i measuring?

. If under plastic cap is a rubber limit stop you have measured this length, (the red line in the middle).

You have to lift the bike to get the rear wheel from the ground to get the real stroke length..
The unloaded over all length of the mounting grommets made the necessary shock length for the right wheel to frame clearance..
Keep in mint, some shocks are build shorter or longer with the same stroke length..

As far as the motor goes idk what im gonna do. Drained oil. And reset oil measurement. Cleaned spark plugs and xrank case breather. Im hearing clunking sounds now, no idle, bike shakes alittle now. And bogs. Im getting compression from the kick so i dont think theres blown rings? Anymore ideas? Could the oil clogged the carbs up? The tailpipe sounds like a low sss sss. Sss puting sound. Wont even rev. Starter fluid only gets it fired up with my hand giving it little gas to stay on
