I paid a guy 400 dollars to replace my starter clutch. After he "finished" He tells me buy a new battery it will fire right up. Well i do that and what you know clutch still slipping and grinding like before.

So anyway i notice the sight glass was empty. I put 3 quarts almost 4 quarts in. Big mistake. I was able to crank it 1 or 2 times.. Let it idle and oil was pouring out everywhere from the crankcase breather. So i pulled the plug.. Syphened about 2 quarts out and the oil level is still high. Now i cant even kickstart the bike and if for some miraculous reason it starts.. The bike will just bog down and shut off after giving it gas. I plan on taking more oil out tomr. Also i put the bike in 1st gear cranked it and the bike rolled forward. Not sure what to do spent like all my money trying to get this on the road and its just nothing but a fuckn headache.

It look like your specialist mechanic overfill the engine with a lot more oil as necessary.
Out of my memory 3500 ml = 3,5 Liter = 3.7 Quart (USA) = 0,925 Gallon (USA)
The view glass in the clutch cover have to show half filled with oil when the bike is on the main stand.

Be careful your engine sucks oil into the combustion camber over air filter body.
Liquids canĀ“t be compressed like gases an will destroy your engine (Piston cracked and crank rods bend)
Pull the plugs and clean the complete intake part, air filter , air filter body, breather, combustion camber with compressed air.

BTW: get your money back and let you show the old parts he have replaced, i will do so!!!
No good mechanic will give away a bike unproved like this, (sorry to say,), loco mechanic.
He play Russian roulette with the life and health of people like you..

Sounds like the mechanic didnt do any work at all. Dont feel bad. Some of us have been there. Dont start that bike until you have that oil level right. As another posted said, you could have damaged the engine.

Take a deep breath and relax. You will get your bike back on the road!

You need absolute a service manual
Get this and read and learn more about your bike and how to handle your problems the right way..
www.kzrider.com/modules/ServiceManuals/K...Service%20Manual.pdf
We all her ( me too ) learned the lesson and paid the errors we do with a lot money like you.
All my cars and bikes never seen a mechanic or repair shop in the last 35 years.. I can use my money for better things.
Ask here if you need more help, this forum is very helpful.

BTW, some pics of your bike are helpful too,you have to know, we all here love bike pics.

Frame cut. Congratulations - your bike now has independent rear suspension. Oh wait - that's good on a car / bad on a bike. You need to find someone who can weld because that little piece of original sheet metal connecting the frame rails isn't adequate to keep the rails aligned when you're riding. Ed

Your rear frame is very unstable and your rear shocks are too short!! When you hit the next road hole your tire hit the rear frame bracket!! This can cause a real bad road accident by a blocking wheel or ripped rear tire!!
Be careful with it.
