Do not use any force to the valve stem seals and use the right tool (tube diameter) connected to the outer seal body
Do not push or press the spring area

1. The little spring on the top of the valve stem seal do a specific tension to the valve stem to secure the right sealing.
The valve seal body have to be press on the valve guide with a drop of motor oil and snap in easily in the groove of the valve guide.
2. No, the washer will be pressed down by the pressure of the valve springs only, the valve seal is not for holding the washer down to the bottom of the cylinder head.
Deforming the valve seals create a leak for the oil (blue smoke or a high oil consumption)

Okso,
The small spring of the stel seam keep the valve to going down alone into the cyclinder head, and make a sealing between the valve guide and the valve body ...

Exact ?

The little spring on the top of the valve stem seal do a specific tension to the valve stem to secure the right sealing ONLY
and not to hold the valve in position or go down.
Is your cylinder head removed or mounted on the engine?

A valve stem seal cutaway model

#4 is the seal lip
#9 is the valve stem
#14 is the spring of valve stem seal

Removed.

The stel seam is on the right place.

Just, the valve don't move easy than before.
But that' s normal because the spring of valve stem seal exerce a pression on the valve stem...

Hello,

Ok the seals, valves and pistons are in place.

When i wash the cylinder head 2 of the "plug cam shaft" have taken off...
What do i have to use for adhesive agent ?

In the same time on the manual it's write :
"lnstall the rubber dampers on the sprocket shaft
ends using an adhesive agent,.."

What do you use for adhesive agent for those too?

Best

I put permatex silicon gasket on the plug cam shaft...

But i forget to put it on the rubber dampers on the sprocket shaft... i don't think possible they move alone btw...

I my opinion they ask to put adhesive just for the rebuilt to don't loose the dampers inside the transmission, but is not necessary for the ride...

What do you think? Do you put an adhesive agent ?

On the pistons, a basic feeler guage test of the installed ring end gaps, ring / groove fit and piston/bore clearance would be a very basic test. If you see much burnt oil below the rings then that is a sign of wear.

Avoid over oiling the bores and don't use semi or fully synth oil when running in, getting the bores honed might be worth considering.
