First off, do you have a manual yet?
Did you adjust the clutch actuator first then the two adjustments on the cable?

Including information about bike year and model is helpful to viewers.
It's easy to put the information in your signature where it shows in all posted messages, past and future.
And the signature may be changed whenever and as often as desired.
If wanting a signature showing information about the bike in posted messages, it's easy to do.

Where the stock handlebar has been replaced with a lower handlebar, it's often desirable to also replace the control cables with shorter than stock cables (usually from other models). Which helps avoid lots of unsightly extra cable to flop around in the wind.
But any replacement cable must have the same exposed inner cable length in order to provide the necessary adjustment parameters.
Suppliers such as Z1 Enterprises are usually familiar with the optional cable lengths available from other models and are happy to offer suggestions about which length may be best suited for the application at hand.

No. It won't engage because it's installed or adjusted wrong. BTW, the Motion Pro cable for mine was also a foot too long. It will work if it's installed right.goldylox wrote: My clutch cable snaped while riding and i got a new one and its a foot longer than other and it wont ingage my clutch is it because its too long please help
