How difficult is a clutch replace me t on a 1980 kz1000. Just curious for future reference as I'm beginning to go thru this bike getting it ready for summer. Thanks

Remove cover, remove 5-6 bolts, holding springs.
Get a manual first and read 3 times before starting!
Check disk thickness, they are most likely not a problem! I repaired 5-6 clutches of different bikes, disks were always good!

Remove cover, remove 5-6 bolts, holding springs.

New springs fixed up many a slipping clutch.
