I was thinking overfilled to nearly the point of hydrolock, not fouling plugs.missionkz wrote: Unless over filled and somehow got up past the oil control and compression rings, fouling the plugs... I see ZERO relationship with what has happened and adding oil.

Could be some trash in the fuel, or a cracked coil, or a broken plug wire or cap.........
Some additional information might be helpful. Does the engine start and accelerate as it should? Is the problem worse at certain rpms? Has anything else been changed or adjusted?

I've had that cause me lots of problems in the past (classic bikes and vintage cars for that matter).
Engine can shake like a tree limb in a storm.
Performance goes sporadic to zero.
Stalling at stop lights and so forth.
If you have a fuel filter, check it and if not, try just draining the fuel into a visible container so you can watch/see if fuel floats on top of water.
