That's better. If all are that tight or looser, your valves haven't been burnt. Are you keeping a log of the valves, clearances, intake and exhaust? Make a graph, not them all down and leave spaces for the shim #'s and the ones you put in.

Well that didn't go as planned. I got all my sizes etc. However, at some point the tension came out of the chain when my safety wire came off. I thought I was ok but when I bolted everything back down I could only rotate the cams to a certain point and it would hang up and not rotate anymore. Same thing going the other direction. I'm assuming it slipped off at the bottom. Now the fun really begins. I'm assuming my timing is absolutely screwed. I don't even know what to do next honestly

If I'm reading my manual right I think I just need to line my camshafts and crankshaft back up to top dead center like the picture and I should be good?

Yes, that's it. As long as you turned it over gently and did not bend a valve, you should be fine.

I don't think I could bent a valve. I put a little presure on it trying to turn it over but not enought to bed metal.....I don't think. If so, I would imaging I'll know pretty quick because my clearances will be different correct?

If they're in the middle of the spec, they're good. You jotted down the numbers on the shims right?

Ah crap. I just realized that my chart is in mm not thousandths. I guess after you convert it, I just need to worry about 3,6 ,7 and 8 right?

They're all runable but should be adjusted anyway. Good news id you're in the high to middle shim range. A couple you can switch.
