If the ring on the plug body is dark, you might be ok. The tip and ground electrode should mot be as dark as the ring.
To me they look white, rather than grey, so prob lean as others said.
I was just saying grey might be normal instead of tan.

Best way to check plugs, take that bike wind it up to red line in third gear , use thumb and hit the kill switch to off. pull over, pull a plug and look see , that will give you your best reading
