Valve clearance remeasuring

Thanks for the reply. Already got my new gasket ready to go. I checked the cam timing as far as having cylinders 1 and 4 at TDC while the exhaust cam Z7EX mark and intake cam IN mark are level with the cylinder head surface and there are 45.5 pins on the cam chain between these marks, like the manual says. Is there anything else to check as far as timing goes?
