kz650 engine won't make full revolution with wrenc

Removing the ignition plate from the RH end of the crank made it much easier for me to see the timing marks. You need to get the 1-4 pistons at TDC (1-4 T mark aligned with the mark on the cases), then look at the exhaust cam for proper timing. If that looks good then count the pins back to the intake cam.

You're right yeah I was dumb and tried turning it out of time. A valve was stopping it.

Food for thought...Now make sure that valve(s) isn't damaged. Valves are easily damaged that way depending on how hard you cranked on it while out of time...................................................Mikeblink543 wrote:
