hi i am thinking of getting this pipe for my csr 1000 what do you think
Delkevic Complete Exhaust System Kawasaki Z1000LTD KZ1000K LTD (1981-1982) will be keeping my stock pipes to save them

£250 in England they also have them in USA here is a short video it sounds great and its on a kz1000 B)

It may sound 'MEAN' sitting still...but will it produce 75mph wheelies on the fly??? hmmmm...needs to be road tested.

I dont know if Id buy the no jetting required part,but I guess youll have to try it out and see.
Nice looking header though.

I WANT headers that force a rejet (bigger jets of course), means the motor is making more power. I would bet they will need you to rejet though.

This actually my bike!! The guy in the video is the guy i got it from.
I can tell you the exahust is fine for me .. Now that said I have run Kerkers but i cant say which i like better.
No rejetting? All I know is when I got it from him it was very very lean .. 110 mains and 15 pilots .
I put 115 mains ans 117.5 pilots ..was still a smidgen lean . I now have some 117.5 mains in ..waiting on my tank.but i think Im about there.

The popping could be lean or a slight leak at the head. Pics of your plugs?

A friend of mine got the Dellkevic exhaust this past summer for his 1200 build, it looks , sounds & performs great , & 1/2 the price of a Kerker, & it's all Stainless Steel, cant go wrong

1980 LTD 1000..,1976 LTD 900, have the 1000&900 now. the rest are previous= 1978 KZ 650 B.., 1980 Yamaha XT 500..,1978 Yamaha DT 400.., 1977 Yamaha yz 80..,Honda trail ct 70.., Honda QA 50...5-1/2 hp brigs & straton CAT chopper mini bike...3-1/2 hp mini bike (WHEN GAS WAS ABOUT 45 CENTS A GALLON)!!!!
