Dont want to scratch newly painted frame or drop the motor. If I have 2 or even 3 people do I try and slide the motor back in through the right side like it came out (when I didnt care about scratching the frame) or do we do the lay the motor on its right side and guide the frame over it?

How did u get it up on the milk crate? The motor is heavy. Like 200lbs? That's heavy for my skinny ass

Bolt description in the Kawasaki parts diagrams lists bolt size and length, usually.

Good luck getting that engine back in, I think you'll find the fastener issue less daunting than you think once you start re-assembly.
