#1&2 cylinder black with oil 3 and 4 are tan and dry

Is it smoking or using oil? are you sure it is oil not soot (rich mixture) ? Did you get around to checking the compression?

When you fire it up, does 1 and 2 take a lot longer to warm up - check the header temperatures carefully.

Your problem could even be on 3 and 4, not running right, and the half choke rich mix sooting 1 and 2...

When she fires up she runs fine with choke on then let her warm up turn choke half way off and she will idle I turn it all the way off and she spits and sputters and dies. And it does look like she's spitting a little oil out the exhaust but that just started happening I don't have a temp gun so I don't know how hot they are getting I will try and get a compression test tonight after I get off

first check for spark on all four plugs...if ok then your carbs need a good cleaning.
I would not run pumpers for drag racing...not needed.

Yes I'm getting spark on all plugs and I can't afford flatslides yet lol so I'm running these for the rest of year and I'll buy flat slides over winter
