It's hard to follow: can you list all the things you have done and looked at from the beginning? And what changes have you noticed on the bike?

1. Cleaned the bike.
2. Cut, stripped and reconnected questionable/ damaged connections around the bike. (Ignition Module, Grounds,)
3. Fully charged the battery
4. Checked spark using a spark tester. Checked again with the spark plugs.
No difference from the video I posted originally. My spark may not be strong enough. I haven't checked my ignition coils yet.

Ok, so there is some spark. I haven't seen any mention of fuel yet. Have the carbs been thoroughly cleaned? Are the spark plugs wet with fuel?

In all honesty I haven't checked yet. That was going to be my next order of business, I was under the impression that it would start regardless it just may not run smoothly.

I just picked up an 83 750 that hadn't been run in 5 years. Every jet in all 4 carburetors was plugged.
It would fire up for a few seconds if I sprayed a little carb cleaner in the air box. You can try that, but don't try to run it on carb cleaner for more than a few seconds, it cleans the oil off of the cylinder walls and then you'll have more problems.

I'll try cleaning the carbs out. Once I get the bike started I plan to do some serious maintenance that's been neglected for the past two years.
