More info after further inspection: I will have to replace the entire timing advancer. When breaking free all the rusted parts I managed to break off the two small tabs on the swing arms that go inside the center shaft that actually advance the timing. Partzilla sells it for $91.XX (21148-1024) Anyone have one laying around?

Before ordering - call Partzilla first to verify availability. I suspect you will find the part is no longer available. Ed
