Oil Leak Lower Case

this project is really pissing me off. Seems the surface of the cover did not hold up well, and I still have a leak after all methods above.

I am just going to replace the cover, and oil seals... again. as well as o-rings. Got them all off fleabay new old stock for $100.

I hate fixing the same thing more than once. Especially in the middle of season. Oh well.... just made this post to bitch. But im still riding in the mean time.

I don't buy NOS rubber.

yea... i was referring to the cover as NOS....
