I screwed with the magnets and have spark again, but very weak. I am assuming they are not on right yet.

I assume you noticed the image of which type of screws go where. Don't mix up the brass screws with the steel screws.

I made sure of that. I didn't even notice that those back plates were magnets that actually served a purpose. I thought they were just spacers :pinch: I'm learning all sorts of fun stuff lately.loudhvx wrote: I assume you noticed the image of which type of screws go where. So this morning I removed the timing advancer got it cleaned really well with sea foam. I reinstalled everything and was getting good spark but backfiring from the carbs. Double checked everything and figured out I had switched the plug wires around. After that she fired right up.

I was riding today and noticed the front end is out of wack.
Hopefully the bars are just bent from going down.
If not the bar, what is the best way to check or realign the triple tree, or check the forks?
