Wrist Pin Circlips 17mm

Does anyone know if the standard, generic 17mmm wrist pin circlips, found in the KZ1000 pistons and probably lots others, will also work in the Wiseco replacement pistons?
The difference in cost is:
generic 17mm at 20 cents, or $1.00 each for the Wiseco 17mm circlips from Z1.
Not a big enough difference, at this stage, if the Wiseco circlips are better, required or what ever.... but I'd sure like to know.
The old clips from my old 70mm pistons fit right in the groove of the Wiseco 72mm piston.
I would not use any old clips but for some reason I seem to have lost the circlips that came with the Wiseco pistons!!
Old age is a bitch.

Get the Wisecos. If I remember right, they are a little thicker and they say not to reuse them. I have but if I had my druthers, I wouldn't.
